File a Complaint

Prior to the initiation of a formal dispute against a broker, the aggrieved party is obliged to first communicate directly with the broker by lodging a complaint. In the absence of a response or satisfactory clarification within 14 calendar days from the date of complaint submission, the Commission shall proceed to conduct a comprehensive review of the matter, fully compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements.

    In order to formally initiate a complaint with the Crypto Monitoring Authority, the completion of the designated form in its entirety is mandatory. Be advised that, under no circumstances, will representatives of the Commission solicit your personal login credentials or any other sensitive access details. To avoid delays or dismissal, please ensure that all files substantiating your claims are uploaded in full and in the appropriate format.

    Kindly ensure that all documents are submitted in either *.pdf or *.doc/.docx format, with each individual file not exceeding a maximum size of 10 MB.
