In cases of suspected broker misconduct, the client should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the broker. If unsuccessful, the matter may be referred to us. Crypto Monitoring Authority is required to issue a decision within five days. To ensure a fair assessment, we reserve the right to collect all relevant information and documentation related to the request.

If a broker refuses to comply with the Commission's decision and fails to compensate the client, Crypto Monitoring Authority will cover the insurance amount. The decision to award compensation can only be made by an authorised Commission representative. Compensation is subject to a maximum limit. If the total claims exceed it, the amount is distributed proportionally among all claimants.
